Basically – what Wiki is saying is that this is one EPIC glacier. And if you haven’t got yourself here already, then you know what needs to be done. Nothing beats staring in awe at the building size chunks of ice breaking away from the main glacier and crashing into the lake below. And, the best aspect for many is the accessibility for people of all ages and capacities. You are able to take a bus right to the park edge, where you then follow the structured pathways along the glacier frontage. There are not excuses not to visit!
